  Horrible experience. On March 21, 2016 my young great-niece passed away. Chapel of Chimes, in Inkster, Michigan, was the funeral home. I am now living in Arizona and arranged to send a basket of flowers to the funeral home the day before the viewing. I put all of my sister's names on the card and received word from the flower company that the bouquet has been delivered. The day of the viewing my basket of flowers was nowhere to be seen. How did this place screw this up? This is their core business, arranging all of these details. My heart is broken because my sisters and I had to "explain" to the bereaved why there was nothing from us. Do business with this outfit and risk the same fate upon yourself.   The Best Team I have seen. Made my dad look like a king who was sleeping. No complaints here. Wonderful Service. May God continue to bless His business.
